Rosalie is an of counsel at Marini Pietrantoni Muñiz LLC with extensive experience in both local and federal courts, mediation and arbitration proceedings.  Her practice includes product liability cases, distribution and trade regulation, general commercial law and other complex litigation matters.

 

Prior to joining Marini Pietrantoni Muñiz LLC, Rosalie excelled as part of litigation departments of other major law firms in Puerto Rico.  She also served as Deputy Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority.  As Deputy Executive Director, her duties encompassed all responsibilities expected of an agency chief, from administration of contracts and personnel to statutory and regulatory compliance, project management, interagency coordination, among others.

 

Rosalie graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus (B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, 1994);  the University of Puerto Rico Law School, where she served as Associate Director of the Law Review (J.D., magna cum laude, 1997); and New York University School of Law (LL.M., 1998).

 

She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (1999), the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico (2000) and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit (1999).
